What is Yoplanning and how does it work?
Yoplanning is an online booking and planning platform that allows you to easily manage your business.

Create and customise your online booking system. Sell your products online in multiple locations and manage your business from an intelligent and collaborative online schedule.

Yoplanning is entirely cloud-based, which means you don't have to worry about software upgrades or maintenance. You can access your account from anywhere with an internet connection.

Do I need technical skills to use Yoplanning?
No, you don't need to be a computer pro or a developer to use Yoplanning.

Does the software have to be paid for?

There is a version without subscription and free for life. Attention, this version is limited.

To access the full version of the software you need to take out a monthly subscription, see our pricing conditions.

Do I have to pay an installation fee?

No, there are no set-up fees to pay.

However, you can subscribe to a paid support and training course to help you get started quickly and become an expert in the solution.

Are there any fees for online sales?

Oui les frais d'opération du logiciel Yoplanning s’élèvent à 2,5% HT par transaction en ligne (frais bancaire visa, mastercard en sus).

Do I have to pay a transaction fee on internal bookings (by phone, email, at the counter...etc.)?

No. Internal bookings are of course free of charge and exempt from transaction fees.

Fees only apply to online bookings and payments generated by the booking engine (widget).

I already have an online payment solution for my business, can I use the same one?

We have integrated several payment platforms (stripe, payline, postfinance...). If you have specific requests to integrate your system, please contact us by phone or email, we will then study the possibility to integrate it 🙂

How long does it take to install the software?

The installation time is very short. You can set up your account and online payment system in less than 20 minutes.

Can I change platforms just before the next season?

Yes, it is possible to integrate Yoplanning just before the start of the season, the implementation time is fast. Change management is very easy. Don't be afraid to make the switch in your organisation, you will save time right away. Don't wait another year to modernise your structure.

Do I have to pay a fee for credit card payments?

Yes, you have to pay the bank charges related to your supplier agreement and according to the chosen payment system.

After booking an activity online, do I receive the money directly into my bank account?

Transfers to your bank account are made every week, every Tuesday. The frequency can be customised according to your volume and needs. The application deducts the Yoplanning fees directly. You can follow the transfers through the monthly report.

Can I reimburse a client from Yoplanning?

You can make refunds to your customers directly from the application, just go to the order details. There are no fees on refunds. There are no fees on refunds. We will pass on the transaction fees on the refunded amounts.

Do I receive a monthly report of my sales?

Yes, you have access to a monthly report: nothing could be easier to follow and analyse your activity. You can also extract all the data on excel.

I already use an online booking software, can I transfer my data to Yoplanning?

Yes we can transfer your data from your old software to Yoplanning. For example we can import your customer database from excel.

If I have a problem with the software who do I contact?

I have a summer activity and a winter activity, do I have to create two accounts?

If you manage both activities independently you can create several teams on Yoplanning. This will allow you to easily switch from summer to winter. All activities are welcome on the software.
