As such, their representation, reproduction, use, distribution and rebroadcasting, in whole or in part, are strictly prohibited in accordance with the provisions of article L. 122-4 of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Any person doing so without being able to justify prior, express and written authorisation from the holder of the rights will be liable to be prosecuted for an infringement of copyright and will incur the penalties provided for in Articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.

Certain terms and logos contained in the Site are trademarks registered by Vakario or its partners. As such, their representation, reproduction, use, distribution and rebroadcasting, in whole or in part, without the prior, express and written authorisation of their owner is an act of infringement punishable under articles L. 335-2 et seq. and L. 713-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

The Site collects personal data relating to Users. A User is any person who consults one or more pages of the Site or uses the Services associated with it. The said data will be used in order to improve and facilitate the needs of the information and Services offered on the Site.

In this respect, Vakario undertakes to keep the information and data collected via the Site strictly confidential.

In accordance with the provisions of the amended law of January 6, 1978, relating to information technology, files and freedoms, the automated processing of nominative data from the Site has been declared to the National Commission for Information Technology and Freedoms (CNIL) under the number 1841134.
